Meet Karen Johnson

Karen Johnson brings more than three decades of experience to her role as Senior Paralegal at Rainwater Family Law Solutions, APC.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Salem State College in 1988 and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego in 1991, Karen began her legal career in civil litigation, where she spent more than 19 years supporting attorneys and clients through complex cases. In 2016, she followed her passion for helping people more directly and transitioned into family law, where she has continued to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives ever since.

Karen’s compassion and genuine desire to help others are at the heart of everything she does. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the legal process help clients feel supported and confident through each step of their case.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her adult children, relaxing on trips to the river, and being outdoors whenever possible.
